选煤厂浮选自动加药专家系统的设计与实现

摘要:

针对选煤厂中浮选过程完全由人工依靠经验进行加药的现状,设计了一套浮选自动加药专家系统。该专家系统可实现药剂的添加完全由控制器PLC根据现场实时工况自动完成,同时可通过触摸屏和上位机对实时数据进行监控和记录。该系统运行后降低了药耗,减少了工人劳动强度,提高了浮选精煤产率,具有明显的综合效益。

Abstract:

Aiming at the current situation of flotation, dosing completely rely on experience by hand in the coal preparation plant, to design a floatation automatic dosing expert system. The expert system can be realized that dosing completely done automatically by the controller PLC according to the real-time condition, at the same time via the touch screen and the host computer for real-time data monitoring and recording. After the running of the system to reduce drug consumption, reduce labor intensity, improve fine coal productivity .The system has overall effects.
